Hardscape Foreman

They will have a minimum of 7 years hands-on hardscape building experience to include, but not limited to patios, retaining walls, walkways, decks, pergolas, and other outdoor living features.
The candidate will have documented work experience leading a hardscape crew with a focus on completing jobs within a specified timeframe.
The successful candidate will be a positive team player who is able to anticipate and overcome obstacles with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Lead crewto ensure all tasks are completed on time Enforce workplace and company culture standards Train and guide workers on various tasks Manage hardscape and outdoor living projects independently Be highly proficient in elevations, paver patterns, retaining walls, and walkways Valid drivers license, CDL a plus Experience and/or willing to assist with commercial snow removal Ability to communicate in a professional manner Willingness to learn new installations techniques Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
