This role will be located at a construction site anywhere in the U.

What You Will Do In Your Role On-site administrative responsibilities to support the construction of a utility scale solar PV power plant.
Support all new hire, rehire and exiting employees for the assigned site.
Manage timekeeping with timely and accurate processing of weekly transactions to payroll, personnel changes, payment of wages, and sign in sheets from vendors and subcontractors.
Assist with confirming deliveries, equipment, running errands, creating, and reconciling purchase orders.
Support site team members with credit card expense reporting or creating purchase orders on a variety of items.
Serve as a liaison between the field staff and the corporate office Human Resources, Subcontracts, Accounting, Marketing, and Environmental, Health Security and Safety groups to ensure company policies, guidelines, practices, and standards are well documented for the job site overall.
Maintain construction trailer with office supplies and arranging vendors for water, ice, fuel, dumpster, etc.
Demonstrate the abilities to be highly organized, confidential, accurate, prioritizing workload, and operate with minimal supervision.
The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:
Demonstrated data accuracy skills Demonstrated ability to resolve business related problems timely Experience performing work with little supervision or with remote supervision Experience performing some aspect of payroll Demonstrated ability to interact with external and internal customers Willing and able to travel 100% of the time Willing and able to move from one job site to the another with short notice What Will Put You Ahead Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a construction environment Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills Bilingual:
