Job Description Golf Course General Manager - Oversee all course and club house operations.
- Manage the strategy to increase the new members.
- Oversee for the food and beverage operation to elevate the course experience.
- Manage the course renovations led by Tom Fazio.
Responsibilities:
Leads all front of house operations by example.
Manages back of house staff and ensures front office is maintained in a clean, safe and attractive manner.
Overseeing all front office operations including but not limited to:
recruiting, coaching, performance management.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure that all dining services are provided in a timely manner and meet company standards.
Ensures that dining services are prepared correctly and set up correctly according to specifications outlined in each department's operating procedures.
Ensures that all dining room equipment is maintained in good working order and ensures that dining services are served promptly and effectively in accordance with company standards.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure that all cleaning services are performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines when serving meals or after cleaning service is completed.
